Not adjustable in watches

The strap is very pretty and easy to put on. However, I read reviews and one said it was regulated and another said it wasn't. Firstly if it is adjustable I will not waste my time and money looking for a watchmaker to fix it. My husband has fitted many of our watch straps over the years and couldn't figure it out either. Most jewelers here don't fix things like that anyway, just adjust what they sold. I have a very small wrist and need something that really fits me. Elastic bands seem to be the best as I play the organ and piano in church and can't afford anything to move or dangle from my wrist. I guess I'll have to throw away my watch and buy something new. Too bad we have to turn into a scum society.
