The first set of these utensils I ordered arrived with a broken zipper (no zipper pull) and a missing bottle opener. But I'm giving this 4 stars because when I returned and reordered the same item, I did receive a complete set in a case with a working zipper, and the product seems very nicely put together. The utensils seem like good quality, and the pouch will be handy for keeping them together. I did remove the bottle opener from the zipper pull, as the zipper didn't seem sturdy enough to stand up to being pulled repeatedly with the opener attached. The set is a gift for my son, who is going off to college, so thought the bottle opener might be better as a separate key-ring anyway! I was hesitant at first to reorder but am glad I did--return was easy, and I was able to use the refund to reorder the item.
