My plug came with the wrong green ground screw. The screw was too short to hook the metal clip holding the wire. I had to run to the hardware store to buy a longer brass screw of the right length. A 15 minute project turned into a 2 hour project. Yet another company where quality control blew out the window when it went, you know where. I will say that after getting the correct parts he actually made a solid repair connection on a 50 foot 10 gauge wire extension that had a bad ground connection on the original plug.
