I would really like to contact the manufacturer and solve something before I leave a bad review but I couldn't contact them. When I ordered this faucet I was delighted to see such a beautiful item at such a great price. We paid for the installation and I was even happy to see that the overall look and function was even better than I could have imagined until it started leaking out of the grip. It doesn't matter if it's on or off, it leaks. We were leaving town before I knew it and it almost destroyed my walls, sink and countertop. I called the plumber to come back and look at it thinking it was a problem with the plumbing. After $100 he told me it was a faucet malfunction. I would love to love this faucet, but given the damage it caused and the cost of replacing it, I should have just bought a better quality, more expensive faucet to begin with.
