This is the revised rating I gave this seller. First, I was so busy working 8-10 hours a day, 7 days a week as a mobile detailer that I didn't have time to provide feedback on the products I purchased. I have used other ceramic coated products for all my clients and most of them are very difficult to polish, too time consuming. So I bought this product for the first time and I really like the results, it's also very easy to use and doesn't take too much time. However, when I received it, 1 applicator was missing and the bottle of pre-treatment liquid wasn't full either! seems to be needed. I ordered the 2nd and can say that the 1st set shouldn't be like that. So I went to Revain and let the seller know how I feel about quality and service. At first I thought, um, guess who cares! But to my surprise, this seller really cares. within 24 hours CEO I think! sent a message to his manager, emailed me, told me a new replacement kit was on the way. I don't like to write this review because it takes a lot of time. I am pleased that Color N Drive offers its products and services. I am attaching some photos of a 4.5 year old Tesla S after detailing it and applying the Color N Drive 9H ceramic coating. "My customer said it looks newer than it did 4.5 years ago when she bought it from the dealer." It's such a treat for me when you see a smile on their faces! For that, the Color N Drive 9H ceramic coating is amazing!
