Would not recommend this product or company

Ordered cups and lids didn't fit the cups and the product was sent back only to receive half the purchase price and recharge a month and a half later For a full purchase I would stay away from these companies and it is obvious that no one is following what they are doing, the lids and cups were ordered together and must match the cups

Essential cups for mixing and measuring paint

I find them particularly useful for measuring and mixing resin, plaster or polyurethane foam for my model railroad. The beauty is that they're affordable, have exemplary quality, and their dual function (measuring and mixing) saves time. Even my 72 year old eyes can easily see increments in ounces. As an added bonus, the developers have provided helpful markings to make it easier to mix two to three ingredients in the recommended ratio. For example from 1:1 to 8:1:1.

Fragile cups break easily.

Unfortunately, they are not worth their money. First of all, I only got ten cups instead of twelve, and two of the ten were cracked, so unusable. When trying to remove the cup from the stack, the rim of the cup broke off, so these cups are not very strong. Thin plastic and somewhat fragile. I can't imagine what would happen if you had to apply pressure when mixing something viscous like silicone etc. The dimensions printed on the mug may be helpful. I will not buy these again.

Size matters: mugs

Hello, my previous statement and review below is completely wrong. This is the second set of blender cups I've bought since the first ones were 8 oz. These mugs were perfect, good quality, not flimsy and easy to read gauges. So please ignore the first review. "Um, the photo is deceptive, the description says 12 oz. But the photo looks like large 32oz containers which I should have ordered the day they arrived. I didn't return them because I can still use them in my art studio, but they just…

Do Not Buy: Ratio not accurate and cup fragile

I used these measuring cups to measure epoxy and hardener in a 1:1 ratio. After the second pour I noticed I had more hardener left than resin. It turns out that the 1:1 ratio is actually a 1.15 to 1 ratio. I measured with a lab grade graduated cylinder and 115ml makes it to line 1 and another 100ml fills the beaker to line 2. No wonder my epoxy countertops don't cure. ! I spent about $100 on epoxy and countless hours of labor. Also, only 10 out of 12 cups were intact when I received them.

Labeling makes mix ratio trivial

I bought them for pouring and pouring but yesterday I unexpectedly found that I had to dilute the solvent 1:4 by volume with water. I took one of these with the intention of using it as a disposable container. I was pleasantly surprised to see how easy it was to use the ratio labels to get exactly what I needed without worrying about ounces or milliliters. I left the solution overnight to use the rest in the morning. The plastic held up well to the solvent, so when I was done I washed it off…

Ideal for resin mixing

Larger than 32 oz, making it easy to mix a full 32 oz. The measurements on the page are easy to read although I'm confused they listed an ounce but half that amount off it (not sure what that measures). Containers can be tricky to separate, but here's a tip. Instead of pulling one from the top (I did and the rim tore). Separate the bottom part by inserting your fingers in between and wringing out the bottom part. Works perfectly. My tops fit great. They said there were fewer lids (6) than…

Fast, accurate measurement

I have a couple of Home Depot mugs that I bought for mixing paint. Unfortunately, the first markings on the mug are "blurred" or "smudged". This calls into question the accuracy of all markings. I've used them with cheaper paints for a while and they mostly worked, although some paints didn't cure properly. When I had to mix some more expensive colors I didn't want to risk whether these mugs were accurate or not. The markings on these mugs are clear and clean and appear dotted. I used this to…

The mixing cups are larger than the standard 32oz cup

The TCP mixing cup allows you to put 32oz in a cup and still have room to stir without spilling. My other mugs I've used have a 32 ounce rim, the maximum I could mix was 29 ounces and I had to stir slowly and carefully to avoid spilling. Now I can mix 34 oz (30 oz + 3 oz + 1 oz) of my catalyzed polish in a cup and not have to bother with stirring. If you take the cup on opposite sides and slowly pull to break the vacuum, they always come out. The person who said they used compressed air…
