Size disabled! Best Collars, Harnesses & Leashes

Looks like a decent collar but don't take the size for granted! The average collar I bought had to fit an 8" to 12" neck as you can see in the picture, the length of the collar is not even 12" plus an extra inch to an inch and a half that goes between the neck of the animal is needed the collar. I would say it fits an 8-9 inch neck. Had to return because it didn't fit my dog and had to pay shipping to return it when the sizing chart is wrong.
