I first installed these brakes on my truck for downhill braking and they worked great. The boat trailer has no brakes and the factory brakes are driven to the limit, it will not stop in an emergency. Stop truck/boat now. I then fitted them to my wife's Lexus and again they are much better than the stock brakes. I will be buying a new truck this fall and will be putting these brakes on it once they become available for 2019.
