I like the fact that it's a multitool that you can do a lot with. I like the SOS function. the fact that it comes with two ink cartridges and two battery packs is a good thing that it writes well. What I don't like about the handle is where you hold it, it's stiff on your fingers, there might be a little better way to loosen it quicker than just unscrewing it and smashing the window again to get to multi- The tool to access comes with a screwdriver, but there is no place, there is no separate chamber for additional screwdrivers. I look forward to using it every day, see how it works by reading other people's reviews, this is mine.
