I had so much fun with this shine! Firstly, I chose this brand because most glitter is made from microplastics and is very harmful to the main animals of the food chain. This glitter is colored mica as described and is biodegradable or neutral. I try to keep my fun neutral, so that was key in making the decision. The material itself is fine, soft, powdery with an intensely shimmering colour. I use a makeup brush to comb through my hair to create glowing mermaid highlights and it does an amazing job. I got lots of compliments! I definitely recommend this for low impact but high results.
