Works as advertised but with limitations. IF you have them on an electronic dimmer (i.e. one that doesn't have a full physical cut off) they will light due to a small voltage leakage. Many lightbulbs flicker because of this defect, but glow instead. This tells me that they are built relatively cheaply and they didn't choose to design them with a 2 cent voltage shunt resistor to solve this problem - which all the big brands do.
