Easy to use, very intuitive software which does not require training of end user. Very good reporting features with drill down capability. Data logging is superb as well. Great support team who are always there when you need them. No major issues at this time but we have only been using it for about 6 months so far. We are trying to monitor our cement production sites remotely with this system. It has given us an excellent view on the status of each site from any location around the globe. The system is easy to use with multiple layers of security so that only authorized personnel can access data. It comes at an affordable price compared to other similar systems I have used. There are some minor issues such as lack of user friendly layout design but this has been improved over time by their support team. They don't have any feature which we haven't tried yet though they keep adding new features every month or two. Monitoring work progress using GPS-based tracking devices (GPS receivers).
