I like how easy it is to use, especially for smaller companies who are just starting out in research or drug development! It's not as user friendly if you have an IT background but most people don't so this isn’t really much more difficult than using other programs available online such as Microsoft Word/Excel etc., however there may be better alternatives at lower prices which will give even less technical experience users access too easily without paying thousands up front when they cannot affordit yet either!! Highly recommend considering all options before choosing one over another since some do offer free trial periods with limited features while others charge monthly subscriptions (though small) depending upon what type(s)/sizeof projects needed by their customers - very important decision factor because once committed then stuck wth them until end date unless cancelled otherwise.
