I am 6ft 2in and 165lbs. I bought a medium sized slim fit shirt. As expected, the sleeve length seems pretty short to me since I'm tall and have long arms, but I mostly wear it at home, so it's not a big deal. The waist is a bit long in my opinion (unless you plan on tucking it in) but overall it fits pretty well, definitely not baggy. or something like that. I used to have about 10-12 (yes, I had so many because I liked them so much) of these shirts in the V-neck version, but I've found that the V-neck isn't very flattering on tall, skinny men I just bought 8 of these crew neck versions that fit pretty much the same but have a more flattering neckline. Pima cotton is really good. I believe you will have a hard time finding nicer shirts anywhere.
