My daughter is 4’1” and 90lbs and the size 12-13 fits but is a little snug in the mid section . The sleeves are nice and long , and the fabric is stretchy and breathes! Goes nicely with shorts and can be worn well into the fall . The pink and leopard is cute and my daughter really seems to like it. She does not like tight clothing and even though the mid section is snug she doesn’t seem to mind ! The stretch material will gets bigger during the day so that works . I wash on cold and low / delicate to dry . This will be nice for school and I recommend it !
