I recently took a cocktail class and the teacher emphasized the importance of a good cocktail shaker. She discussed the pros and cons of different shakers and concluded that pros prefer double weight shakers. I threw away my shaker and bought this one. WOW what a difference! I notice all the benefits my instructor pointed out about this shaker. My drinks are phenomenal, especially when I use a Hawthorne strainer!
