No - I will not buy again

The presence of the plug in the socket in front of the surge protector makes this charger a 2 not a 3. Also the cables stick out very far and are easy to see. A surge protector/charger with side, bottom, or top plugs is much more efficient and doesn't protrude into the room. Replaced with a product with sufficient space on the sides, bottom, top.
