I am so disappointed with this iron. First, the plates are shorter than my previous iron. However, I could work with this, although it takes longer for my hair to finish. Worst of all, this crappy overpriced iron stopped working in less than 2 months! I will never buy Baby Bliss products again. save your money You'd better buy a hair straightener from a beauty salon that will last you years beyond that junk.
