Apart from the previous reviews I decided to give it a try and so far it has worked great. I have naturally wavy hair and sometimes it frizzes naturally. I used to use a cheap store bought flat iron and it took me an hour to an hour and a half to straighten my hair and roots and some parts were still frizzy and wavy. I liked this iron while it worked. After 2 months it stopped heating (it only shows 92 degrees and the surface does not heat up) and outside the return window. Very disappointed. I'm trying to contact the seller to understand the warranty and hope to get a replacement.

If I couldn't put any stars I would. I was very happy with it until it stopped working after about 6 months! It just stopped warming up. It has been very well maintained and has not been used every day. Pretty expensive for something that hasn't worked for a long time!

I bought this product mainly for my wife because she loves nano products. But after 3 uses the product just stopped working. Turns on but doesn't heat up. After contacting Martin at tech support, I got her a new one in the mail! Told him I didn't have the original packaging and he said to just send it back in new packaging. I am so disappointed with this iron. First, the plates are shorter than my previous iron. However, I could work with this, although it takes longer for my hair to finish. Worst of all, this crappy overpriced iron stopped working in less than 2 months!
