My wife and I had these installed in less than 15 minutes with zero washing machine experience. Our machine has been terribly off-balance for months to the point of basically knocking holes in the wall, and we were ready to buy a new one. As a last ditch effort, I bought these arms and thought I’d try them out. They work perfectly. They’re fairly easy to install, and we noticed the difference immediately. The old springs were so worn out, that the drum was raised by about an inch when the new ones were installed. I have attached pictures of our unit so if you have the same one, these are perfect!
