When I tried this accessory I was surprised by how effective it was at canceling out interference and background noise .i could hear my colleagues and clients clearly, and they could hear me without any issues. It's also easy to install and doesn't take up much space. The only downside is that it doesn't work with all landline telephones, so you should check compatibility before purchasing. Overall, if you want better call quality, this is a great investment..
