Review on Enhanced Viewing ViewSonic VA2855SMH Monitor: 1920X1080P, 4Hz, Anti-Glare, LCD, HDMI by Alex Hoggan

Although this device is designed to be used as a computer monitor, I use it as a television connected to the HDMI port of a fiber optic internet box. The picture quality is excellent. The only drawback is that the volume has to be adjusted by repeatedly pressing the menu buttons, which is not very convenient. This shortcoming can also come into play when the unit is used as a computer monitor (in contrast, my Dell computer monitor has a handy volume control). I would buy this device again. The selection of 28 inch monitors is small, but this video has the highest quality and at a good price.
