Not a bad shower head. The handstick hose is longer than many others. When falling, the head touches the floor of the shower. This length can be helpful if you want to use the shower head to clean your shower. This is bad in terms of accidental drops as this shower head is made entirely of plastic. Most high-quality shower heads are made of metal. Since everything is plastic, you cannot tighten it with a wrench as this will scratch the surface. Plastic also means that it will hardly stand up to cleaning agents and hard water in the long run. The description doesn't say it's plastic. Chrome refers to the color, not the material. If the lever is set to dispense water from both heads, the water pressure will be so low that it will not work in this configuration. It is better to set it up to be discharged by one or the other.
