Fuel filter opening
Installing the fuel filter was easy as expected. No leaks were found after an initial check, but after using my UTV I could smell gas after a few minutes. I stopped and examined the filter to make sure the latches weren't tight, but found that the filter itself had a hole that allowed a fine mist to spray around the engine. I ended up throwing out both filters and buying a Kohler filter at a local hardware store.
