The unit I received had problems when shipped. Lots of grease blown out of front oil seal which is probably fine just means they poured too much? The second issue I had was that the trigger was accurate and didn't want to work half the time. I don't know what happened there. Finally, the higher RPM compared to the 7021 makes it less powerful, as higher RPM means less torque for the same power. I think torque gets the job done when it comes to grinding concrete and masonry. These diamond cup attachments have quite a bit of gravity and need a little force to steer well. In the end I decided to return it in favor of the 7022 model.
