Genuine customer support (was: a hell of an experience because of the sticker out of the box)

UPDATE MAY 27, 2020: After several months and several attempts to solve the problem described below, I received a test product that proved that KOIOS has changed their manufacturing process in such a way that you get a really pleasant shopping experience alongside a good product. Although I was initially very disappointed with my experience detailed below and quite amazed at how much money and time was being spent on custom experiences without actually asking customers about their custom experiences, it was clear that they were constantly asking for mine asked for feedback on their product. after my first purchase that they wanted to fix the problem and now I can say they really solved the problem! I really like my kettle and am very happy that the issues with the early versions were so aggressively reviewed by KOIOS technical support and production staff. The latest versions of this teapot are a great teapot to buy. And KOIOS takes customer feedback very seriously. Initial review (no longer a problem!): So. I received this product and it is evident that the folks at KOIOS have put a lot of time and effort into making sure that the product is ready to use and that the product packaging is nice, simple and attractive is. Excellent. But. The factory yellow sticker is stuck on the glass. A warning. It's a cheap yellow paper sticker with an "impossible to remove cleanly no matter how slowly you try to peel it off" adhesive. Developed by the same guy who puts price tags on products in stores so people don't change the price tags. So now I have this beautiful, well designed glass teapot. with a giant ball of sticky glue on it. To be clear, one of the reasons I bought this brand was because I liked the design. So. I probably care enough about it that I want to remove a sticky blob of glue from it. Soap, water and a coarse sponge are not suitable. It's an industrial glue with cheap crumbling paper. So either razor blades or Goo Gone. I chose Goo Gone which of course allowed me to just smudge it and now my kitchen smells like Goo Gone. and my fingers too. As for a day. KOIOS Brand Manager: How much money have you spent on packaging only to lose sight of this important detail? Gone because somewhere in your production pipeline, someone didn't care. KOIOS Brand Manager: You should: Change the sticker so that it is easily removable. Do whatever you need to. Does a more expensive badge reduce profit by 10 cents per kettle? have a bite Eat the price and love it. Otherwise, people will: - Leave stickers and clumps of dirt on the kettle because they don't care. - Use razor blades and cut yourself - Use Goo Gone and smell your kitchen and cauldron like goo for a day. The last 2 are literally dangerous to health. This sticker might be beautiful and useful (or foolish to just tell people what they already know), but the consequences of its poor design are harmful to health. Now I'm drinking Goo Gone from my teapot. Other people could accidentally cut themselves while trying to scrape off this adhesive. To solve the Problem.
