Due to the low price I used this product instead of my usual sticky plastic. You get a lot more product than sticky versions, but I'll caution you for aesthetic reasons. I think the material my sofa is upholstered with is perfect for this product, but if you have suede or leather, if you don't agree with the 6 small holes in your sofa, forget it. Where the caution lies is that the fasteners don't allow the plastic to adhere well to the sofa, which means the plastic doesn't press against it. (See photo) I personally don't mind as the plastic is not visible to the guests because of the sofa. I know it will do the job so 5 stars for me.
