The best thing about after is that there are many options for customers who don't know what they want or need, but can find it! I think this makes their customer service great because you get so much help when asking questions during an estimate process versus just going directly into sales with no idea how things work at all (and then being told by someone else). Sometimes my experience has been slow due from lack of communication back home which causes delays - sometimes not knowing if your request was even received until days later, etc.. Customer Service needs more time spent communicating via email/phone instead of taking too long between responses as we wait weeks upon months before getting emails regarding our requests!!
