Review on KEEN Little Newport H2 Gargoyle Boys' Shoes by Mark Gilbert

My son has only had them for 1 month and the strap on the left sandal does NOT go through the plastic loop so I can attach the velcro after I put them on! The velcro has some wear (normal) and the rubber insert at the end of the strap is too thick to fit the strap through the plastic loop. I'm upset because Keen was always our summer in shoes. I am also frustrated that I can no longer return or exchange them. They arrived on 06/01/19 and a little over a month later we are no longer able to use them.
