Cute but not for cats

I think it would be perfect for a dog because I find cats are too smart after putting it on her for the first time after neutering and I was excited because it fits like a glove, but cats are extremely smart, and since the collar resembles a shirt collar, it came out easily even when it was tight. It's definitely meant for a dog, but for a cat? Not as much
