After reading mixed reviews I was cautiously optimistic about this set. This is definitely an inexpensive set of bands and it shows. Does the job for a starter set. The grip isn't great except on plain paper. Don't expect it to have a strong bond with glossy paper, paint, or textured finishes. It peels off easily without damaging or leaving marks. The band is thin but not too thin. good tears The biggest problem, as others have pointed out, is that the thin surface allows underlying surfaces to show through in lighter areas of the design. I tested white and black surfaces and was really surprised that it didn't look worse. Of course, white-backed designs look best on plain, bright white paper; Through them I could see lines from my notebook. The colors are the same as in the pictures and in the reviews, no disappointments. The set is beautiful and has no major flaws. You get what you pay for and this set lives up to its price tag.
