Cold foot wraps work best with bandages, splints and bandages
It's a little uncomfortable getting on my foot and putting cold packs on the specific spot I wanted to ice. However, it works once you place them in the right place. The only downside I would say is that it doesn't stay cold all the time. I use it for my plantar fasciitis on my feet. Good price and fast delivery within 2 days.
