This ink was so disappointing to use. When I first bought them they were great! I've made many, many prints and while I've had occasional issues with the branded inks, the savings were worth it. I bought another set when it ran out! Well, in the end I was done, updated my printer's firmware and installed a fresh set. Suddenly all my prints looked horrible. Pink covers, blue vertical line through everything, weird yellow tint, blurry prints, nine yards all. I figured it must be something to do with updating my printer's firmware, and spent countless frustrating hours playing around with color profiles, updates, and general troubleshooting. I also cleaned everything on my printer (including a small amount of magenta that happened on the cartridge) and nothing changed. Finally I decided to buy some HP inks. I replaced each cartridge and fixed the problems one by one, but it still wasn't right until I replaced them all. Then voila, perfect! Also, the prints are brighter and sharper than they were when my first ink set worked well. There were days of delayed projects and stress while trying to fix the problem. If I could speak to the past I'd say skip the potential problems and just buy the authentic stuff. EDIT ADD: I just received an email from this company offering a credit for a 5 star review. I will not change my assessment.
