My boy has 3 scooters. This one is probably the longest lasting. I would even go so far as to say that it's probably safer than the other two. Driving is easy, the wheels are glowing. We keep it indoors so it doesn't get dirty. If we ride it outside, we wipe down the wheels before we bring it inside. They're like roller skates. The rear wheel is like a fat skateboard wheel. This is a cool toy!
