Review on πŸ’ͺ MAGTSMEI Round High-Security Rare Earth Magnets by Dave Brummet

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Super strong magnets well packaged

The gold color on them is great and looks great anywhere they are visible and the gold color looks better aesthetically (if you have other gold hardware, visible for example). The inclusion of non-magnetic screws is important because a careless attempt to use magnetic screws can be dangerous. In addition, screw heads of the right size and color make installation much easier. These are incredibly strong magnets. Treat them very carefully. They are well packaged to make them as safe as possible, but be careful what you have next to you. I happened to have a large screw lying on the counter when I was about to tighten it and it flew at me. Luckily he was there first. However, remember that they are strong enough to attract metal and especially other magnets directly through your hand (see video of a pair of these magnets being attracted to each other and easily held by my hand). As other reviewers have pointed out, it's easy to get your fingers caught while working with them. They are packed in a plastic box with a cardboard box outside. There are a number of safety instructions on the outside of the box, but Revane casually put a permanent sticker on top of them. But that's not the manufacturer's fault. They're a little more expensive, so buy them. Countersunk silver magnets are easy to find cheaper; gold, not so much. If you really want gold, this is definitely a smart choice. I am very happy with them. Definitely recommended.
