I like that it has all of my KPIs in one place, which is very helpful when trying to understand our business performance at any given time! It can be difficult for new users (and even seasoned ones) who are not familiar with Excel formulas or VBA coding language as well.

The platform itself could also use some improvements - better support from customer service team would help greatly!! Great tool if you're looking into reporting your financials/KPIS etc., but make sure this fits within budget constraints before purchasing. Have monthly budgets set up so we know what's going out each month versus revenue received per hour worked by employees vs actual hours spent working.
