Great product. I used it on my PS4 Pro to keep the cables from my cooling module behind the system as its USB power was plugged into the front USB. This splitter worked better than expected. Connect the splitter to the rear USB3.0 port, then connect an external hard drive to the USB3.0 port on the splitter, turn on the PS4 to make it read the hard drive properly, THEN I have the USB converter for my cooling mod in the plugged USB power connector. at the splitter. When I first tried this I had everything plugged in and my PS4 kept reading the external hard drive as a new hard drive and wanting me to reformat it. I turned it off, unplugged the converter, plugged it back in and the external hard drive read correctly. Then I connected the converter. Since then there have been no problems. This product is so amazing that I have ordered a second one for my new headset.
