I ordered a replacement head after my original heads wore out and a small hole appeared on the original head. After a few weeks of use, the replacement heads did not shave as smoothly as the original heads (pre-drilled holes). Decided to come back, bur replacement windows closed 4 days ago. I'm disappointed and am now debating whether to spend the extra money or just buy a new shaver. It's possible it's just a faulty replacement head, but I'd be wary if you don't shave as close as your original heads. Pay attention to the deadline for sending in the replacement window!
