I got the player's thumb symptoms on my left hand and bought this brace. I have an orthosis on my right hand but this was a lot cheaper. Overall I'm very impressed with it, it's actually better made than the Air Cast brand and has better wrist stability. It has a bug that I've noticed that others have complained about and it's probably the only real bug and it causes pain at the base of the thumb. To prevent this I bought an inexpensive cotton jersey to wear under the brace and over my thumb and it really helps. For the price, these are very solid braces and I would highly recommend them. In fact, this is a fraction of the cost of similar braces that doctors prescribe, but better overall.
