They are good enough not to return them.

I'm a size 36B and it gives some buoyancy (not full size or anything) and helps to fill out slightly large bras but they are best used in a bra or swimsuit that has pockets as they don't stay in place well and the tape is unusable. When I received mine they were both bent on one end and damaged by the packaging so it was a shame but not such a deal breaker to return them. I wish they had invested more time and money to ensure they fit in the box without damage.
