I bought my first Dremel tool over 20 years ago. It still works great but I bought this kit at a good discount on Prime Day as I thought it would be nice to have an updated and more powerful model. The unit is definitely of the high quality I expect from Dremel and has a good range of standard accessories. The set of included bits is a bit small for one of Demel's larger sets, but it's a good choice if you're new to rotary tools and new to bits. The storage box is good, but I think there is a lot of room for improvement. Everything is nicely laid out and well protected with foam. The box is "locked" when the top of the box is closed. Everything included is in its place. My biggest criticism of the box is that it takes up a lot of space inside. The foam holds everything in place and protects, but I'm sure it could have been a smaller box with less foam. The other side of the same coin is that for a box of this size, it could offer much better storage for your collection of beats and accessories. The bits that come with the kit aren't particularly well organized in their little plastic boxes, and there's little room for extra bits and no way to organize them. That seems pretty short-sighted for a company that cares a lot about the variety of parts and accessories you can buy for the device. It's like a barbie doll made of power tools. I can wear it to any occasion. give me a goal Give me a big empty space to fill with all the holiday outfits! Overall this is a good device and I would buy it again even at the regular price. But a message to the Dremel: if you want me to buy more clothes and shoes for my barbie, give me a bigger closet and a better way to organize it.
