You can test supposed blue opaque lenses in several ways. The photometer is the gold standard, but you can also just look at different blue LEDs in the dark and see if they're really blocking the light. Trusted glasses like [use color charts like the Uvex Skyper blue light blocking computer glasses do the job well; they basically do nothing. Also, various color spectrum tests are available online, such as the Quora question "How do you test computer glasses, can they block blue light or not?" and the website page "How effective is your blue light filter?", and again these do Glasses next to nothing, while real blue blockers turn blue to black. I'm still looking for an effective alternative to Phytover, but don't waste your money on *these*.
