Review on Bluebook PRO Estimator by Justin Verslues

How simple it is to enter projects without being presented with an estimate or having too much information for my needs at this time? It doesn't always give me accurate rates as they seem low compared what I'd calculate myself using multiple sources of info along w others who have worked in construction before now; however since blue book does not allow input from competitors i'm limited to other people's experience which isn'r necessarily reliable! The estimated price seems way understated when factoring additional supplies into consideration (suchas nails) - so be sure you account if your job entails them- but overall pretty useful tool once figured out HOW IT WORKS! I like how easy it is to use for my clients.

It has all of their information in one place so we can quickly look up what they need. The best part about this tool is you don't have to be tech savvy or know any coding at all! There are some things I would prefer if there was an easier way to do them but overall its great. You're able to easily estimate projects with ease.
