[Edit 5/22/21] The seller is trying to bribe me with gift cards to delete this review. Complaint filed by Revain. Also, the keyboard stopped working, so I'm deducting a star. For the warranty service, the seller says they will give me a discount if I buy another device. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER! Bluetooth connectivity has been around for over 20 years, and yet this company has a product that doesn't always work. The product indicates that it is connected, but does not seem to acknowledge this connection and as a result no keystrokes are sent to the computer. The user must restart the keyboard several times before a successful connection can be established. The only other option is to remove the device and pair it again. Sometimes the device will disconnect after 30 minutes of inactivity. Only reason to give two stars instead of one is that when it works it works well. Unfortunately, I have to solve a connection problem at least once a day
