Worked for 28 days, then problems arose

Worked perfectly for 28 days. Tonight on one PC it started giving an error that Windows didn't recognize the device, preventing the keyboard and mouse from working. HDMI still worked. After getting an error on one PC, I tried switching to two other PCs but they are no longer recognized by KVM. I'll see if I can exchange it.
