Insulation without screws

I received these damaged first, contacted the seller, they told me to use wood glue to send them back instead of sending me a new one. Then everything fell off, the wood and the holes weren't cut properly, all that was barely driven into the nails. Then the top is awful, I had to shave off some corners to make the top snap into place. Everything wasn't that difficult. Half the holes on it are so far apart that nothing can hold them.
