You know, I didn't have the best first experience with this screen protector. I bought it for my new iPhone 12 Mini and also bought the MagSafe case that Apple sells with it. Coincidentally, something with the magnet/case isn't inconsistent with the responsiveness of the screen protector as it worked great when removing the case. After deciding to take it off and then deciding to return the Otter MagSafe case, I used a second screen protector which refused to stick to the phone. I did everything I could to get this thing working and after giving up I tried Torra's support to see if they could help. I had to contact them first because their customer service was so prompt that getting me a new set of protectors on top of the lifetime warranty was the easiest interaction. It was an easy choice, now I have a company I trust to reach those who need a quality product and most importantly, genuine customer service!
