Instruction Failure

Great concept however the instructions dont give troubleshooting help. Had carousel half assembled and instructions tell you to check that it turns at this stage. We did and the carousel does Not turn. So what next? We can not figure out why it won't turn at this point. Have search their website and facebook page and there are no assembly questions or help listed. For the expense I expected more assembly help to be listed. Now I'm left with an upset teen and half assembled Non working carousel. Im not happy with this product.

Of the more than a dozen wood puzzles I completed, this one tops them all in term of design and stunning beauty. The people who created this one are truly gifted in their engineering skills and artistry. It''s a pleasure to build, and an even greater pleasure to see it completed. And then to wind it up and listen to the tune and see the horses go round and round as they move up and down is frosting on the cake.There''s no better birthday or anniversary gift for that special lady. And the fact that you built it gives you lots of extra points.
