Needle is useless

Elastic thread seems strong and durable, but the needle was so bad that after 6 beads it bent and it was almost impossible to finish the bracelet. The scissors work well and are the perfect size. I guess I can't complain about the price, but unless you have other needles handy I wouldn't recommend them. Customer service is amazing! After being informed of my problem and concerns, they went out of their way to fix everything and make me happy. I really appreciate it 🙏
