Review on Panasonic DMC FZ70 Digital Optical Stabilized by Nakaishi Kiyoshi ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Everything in the purchase suits, a very necessary product.

I had a Lumix TZ8, I used it for about 10 years. I took this one as a replacement. Zoom wow! In the TZ8, it was always a compromise between a good zoom and a blurry frame. In this case, even at maximum zoom, the stabilization does not fail, the pictures are clear. Shot in the sun, in rainy weather, indoors, the quality is good. Good autofocus. You can focus "show finger" on the touch screen. Good macro photography. It shoots very well against the light, which the TZ 8 did not do. Many interesting modes, a lot of manual settings. I haven't figured out how to shoot at night. Fireworks in the distance behind the fence turned out. Convenient, fits well in the hand, compact, not heavy. Conceptual control. You can display the buttons that you often use on the screen. There is a viewfinder, convenient! Next to it is a wheel with which you adjust to your vision. Nearby is a sensor that determines that your eye is nearby, and the display turns off, and the viewfinder turns on (this function can be turned off). You can control the zoom with your hands, like on film cameras. I didn’t like it, because. I use this twister all the time. Eats a lot of energy (which is expected). On a single charge, you get up to 400 frames without a flash. On the TZ8, I could shoot 40 frames without a flash on a flashing battery, but on this unit I got only two. The battery can only be charged inside the device. You need to wait 25 minutes for the camera to at least turn on. But you won’t be able to take pictures and charge at the same time: charging takes place only in the off state. Shoots great video. There is a separate button for this. It is possible to shoot video and photo at the same time. Personally, I had no problems with a 16 gig SD flash drive bought more than 10 years ago: everything is written to it and everything is read from it. Summary: the camera is wonderful, it shoots perfectly, its money is worth it, I am satisfied with the purchase, I recommend it. A worthy device for non-professionals, as well as for those who care about dimensions. The price/quality/size ratio is perfect.

Pros
  • Powerful zoom; Excellent stabilization; Finally some decent panoramas! He is definitely cool! I ordered it on the official website of Panasonic. Elplaza. Received a day later.
Cons
  • The battery is weak, there is no proprietary charger to charge the battery separately. That is, pulling out the battery and charging it separately from the camera will not work: you need to plug the wires into the camera itself (but the connector is like a phone, and this makes it possible to use a power bank). Unable to connect to WiFi network. The power button is not a slider, you can press it by accident, however, so far this has not happened. And the photo view mode is not a slider. Which does not make it possible to switch to this mode before turning on the device, so as not to lose the charge and resource of the lens. But these are all trifles compared to the advantages.

Got pros: Fast and accurate autofocus With its cons. Zooming out of focus when manual focus is turned on
